A first at POTY!
The club would like to congratulate our member, Conor O’Brien, who placed 1st for his Mono Print at the finals of the Photographer of the Year in the Talbot Hotel on the 23rd February. It was a fantastic result for Conor who has gone from strength to strength in IPF competitions over the last 12 months.

Light Painting
January’s them was Light Painting which gave our members an opportunity to get really creative. It inspired a wide range of approaches to capturing light with slow shutter speeds. Congratulations to all members who placed in the top three in both the theme and open sections. Great work everyone!
POTY 2020
Regional Winners
2019 was a phenomenal year for our club and 2020 has kept that momentum going. It all started in early February when three members were successful at the regional round of the Photographer of the Year 2020.
December Results
This months theme lead to varied and wonderful results as we each took inspiration from the music that has inspired us. It was really interesting to see how each photographer chose to interpret their favourite song.

League Winners 2017/18
Congrats to the section winners this year. Liz Stowe was the well-deserved winner of the Advanced Section. Alison Stewart, who was with the club for a year while home from Australia, took the crown in the Intermediate section, and in the Novices it was Deryck Vincent who emerged victorious.

The 95th Scottish International Salon of Photography 2018 Acceptances
We are happy to announce that two members of Raheny Camera Club have had images accepted in the 95th Scottish International Salon of Photography.
April Competition
April's competition produced some very creative and emotive images from all categories of the club. It's always interesting to see how members interpret the theme.
March Competition
The theme was Clips, Clamps and Connectors and while challenging, it produced some really interesting and creative images.
A Wild Weekend in Donegal
Twenty-seven hardy souls, one glorious county and a shared passion to get one perfect shot while getting battered by the relentless wind sweeping in from the Atlantic. This was the first weekend trip for the club and it didn't disappoint.
