The club would like to congratulate our member, Conor O’Brien, who placed 1st for his Mono Print at the finals of the Photographer of the Year in the Talbot Hotel on the 23rd February. It was a fantastic result for Conor who has gone from strength to strength in IPF competitions over the last 12 months. Conor was awarded first place for his colour image in the National Shield, before success with the same image in the Regional Rounds of the Photographer of the Year.

It was his beautiful mono print of a man reading that ultimately earned Conor a gold medal at the Photographer of the Year Finals in the non advanced category. A fantastic result and a magical day for all who attended and supported Conor as he received his award.

We are incredibly proud of Conor and wish him every success in the future.!
